After being introduced to MTACS by a colleague from another company I contacted Joanne Moore to discuss running CIEH health & safety in the workplace training for BT's Supply Chain management group of 32 people.

Joanne tailored the course to our specific requirements & the training was so effective & enjoyable that I was asked to request a further set of courses for our Safety Equipment Testing group. Joanne has now completed this for the 90 people throughout the British Isles who test & repair all electrical, lifting, gas, access equipment and PPE for our entire field force. All have been successful in attaining the certificate.

This is now the only part of BT to have attained Health & Safety certification for an entire workforce. Feedback from all attendees has been excellent & this reflects exactly upon the efforts & enthusiasm of Joanne. Her style of delivery is excellent & easily followed. I am now negotiating for further training courses on Kinetic Handling & Lifting for trainers.

My thanks to MTACS & Joanne for her commitment and efforts in this most successful training programme. I have no reservations in recommending MTACS to any company with training requirements.
